As soon as your alarm receiving centre gets the signal, we will be on our way, often reaching your premises before the Police:

• Our keyholding service ensures that your property is secure even when you are not on site. Our trained Security officer are fully SIA licenced, vetted in accordance with BS7858 2019 standards are responsible for holding the keys to your property and ensuring that it is properly secured when it is not in use. In the event of an alarm activation, our guards will be dispatched to your property to investigate and take any necessary action to ensure the safety and security of your property. This can include contacting the authorities, if necessary, and dealing with any potential security breaches.

T4S Security keyholding service also includes regular inspections of your property, to ensure that it is secure and that there are no signs of forced entry or damage. Our guards will report any suspicious activity or issues to you, so that you can take the necessary action to address them.
